# Statusy dokumentów

Dla dokumentów znajdujących się w folderze stosowanych jest **5 oznaczeń kolorystycznych**, oznaczające odpowiednie **statusy**:

1. **Pomarańczowy – DO PODPISU** (dokument oczekuje na Twój podpis)
2. **Szary – W TOKU** (dokument oczekuje na podpisy innych osób)
3. **Jasno-zielony – PODPISANO** (dokument podpisany przez wszystkie osoby)
4. **Ciemno-zielony – ZAKOŃCZONO** (dokument usunięty\*)
5. **Jasno-szary - PROCESUJĘ...** (dokument jest podpisywany w tle)

*\*Usunięty zostaje plik dokumentu, jednak jego metadane opisujące dokument, a także złożone na nim podpisy pozostają na platformie.*

### **5 statusów dokumentów:**

**Status "PROCESUJĘ..."** występuje wyłącznie w przypadku podpisywania jednorazowego dużej ilości dokumentów, kiedy podpisywanie przechodzi w tryb podpisywania w tle.

Podczas podpisywania wielu dokumentów naraz (w tle) możesz kontynuować swoją pracę zarówno na portalu, jak i poza nim - nie musisz czekać. Postęp podpisywania sprawdzisz w folderze.
