# Надсилання нагадувань про підписання документів

Існує **два способи** швидко надіслати нагадування про документ, який потрібно підписати іншій особі.

### Безпосередньо з платформи 

1. Виберіть документ, який Ви хочете підписати, і натисніть на список підписувачів на плитці помаранчогового кольору.
2. Коли відкриється вікно зі списком підписувачів, натисніть на іконку праворуч від адреси електронної пошти людини, якій Ви хочете надіслати нагадування. Лист відправлено. Закрийте вікно.

### Відправлення посилання

1. Перебуваючи у папці, розгорніть список підписантів у верхній частині.
2. Потім скопіюйте посилання на документ(и) для підпису для обраної особи (натиснувши кнопку "Скопіювати") і надішліть його електронною поштою або будь-яким іншим засобом зв'язку. Особа, яка перейде за посиланням, після входу в систему буде перенаправлена безпосередньо до папки з документом(ами), що очікують підписання.
