# Підписання документа, отриманого від іншої особи

Інформацію про документ, який потрібно підписати, Ви отримаєте **на електронну пошту**. У листі буде зазначено, зокрема, ім'я та прізвище, а також електронна адреса особи, яка надіслала Вам документ на підпис та назва файлу.

Щоб підписати документ:

1. Натисніть кнопку **"Підписати документи"** в листі.
2. Вас буде перенаправлено на платформу (на вікно входу). Увійдіть. 
3. На екрані з'явиться документ(и) для підписання.

*Процес підписання такий самий, як описано в розділі* [*Надсилання документа на підпис*](/signius-professional-platform-ua/nadsilannya-dokumenta-na-pidpis.md) *(за винятком вибору графічного зображення підпису, яке визначається особою, що надсилає документ на підпис).*

4. **Виберіть документ** (або документи, якщо їх декілька) для підписання та натисніть на кнопку в правому нижньому куті **"Підписати вибрані документи"**.\

   **УВАГА! Перед підписанням документу перегляньте його, навівши курсор на іконку аркуша та натисніть на** **іконку лупи, яка з'явиться.**
5. На наступному кроці з'явиться екран з Вашими даними - якщо вони не змінилися, підтвердіть їх, натиснувши на кнопку **"Я підтверджую актуальність моїх даних Підписати документи"**.
6. На Ваш мобільний телефон надійде СМС-код, який необхідно ввести на екрані.

**Документ підписано.**
