# Wysyłanie przypomnień o dokumencie do podpisania

Istnieją **dwie możliwości** szybkiego wysłania przypomnienia o dokumencie do podpisania do innej osoby.

### **Bezpośrednio z platformy** 

1. Wybierz dokument, na którego podpis czekasz i kliknij na kafelku w listę osób podpisujących.
2. Gdy otworzy się okno z listą osób podpisujących, kliknij w ikonę znajdującą się po prawej stronie adresu mailowego osoby, do której chcesz wysłać przypomnienie. Mail został wysłany. Zamknij okno.

### Wysłanie linka

1. Będąc w danym folderze, rozwiń na górze listę podpisujących.
2. Następnie, skopiuj link do dokumentu/ów do podpisu dla wybranej osoby (kliknij przycisk "Skopiuj") i wyślij go mailem lub komunikatorem. Osoba klikając w link, po zalogowaniu się, zostanie przekierowana bezpośrednio do folderu z dokumentem/dokumentami do podpisu.
