In order to sign documents online on the SIGNIUS Professional platform with signatures other than advanced signatures, you must first verify your identity.

How to verify your identity?

You can verify your identity when you sign the first document with Qualified Signature. However, you can do it faster:

1. Click the option "Qualified Signatures" on the top bar of the platform's home page.

2. You will be taken to the "Get ready to sign" screen. First, purchase the signature package of your choice.

3. Then, once you have the signatures, click the "Confirm your identity" button at step two - you will be taken to a page with the choice of verification method.

Identity verification with AutoIdent IDnow

Confirm your identity quickly, easily, and independently in just a few minutes.

You can complete identity verification using this method in your computer or smartphone browser, or in the AutoIdent mobile app. The process takes just a few simple steps:

1. Prepare a valid identity document (ID card or passport).

2. Take photos of the front and back of your document. The system will automatically read and verify the data and security features.

3. Record a video selfie — a so-called liveness check — to confirm that it’s really you.

4. IDnow’s algorithms will compare your face with the document and confirm your identity within moments. Done!

The entire process takes place online and is available 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world. There’s no need to schedule a call or wait for a verifier — it only takes a few minutes to be ready to sign documents with a qualified electronic signature. See how it works:

Once you have selected the verification method through the Nect app, you will be taken to the Nect website, where you will need to scan the QR code and download the Nect app to your smartphone. The verification process will take place in the Nect app, and you will receive the verification result immediately.

Identity verification using video verification*

After selecting video verification as the identification method, a screen will appear with a list of requirements before proceeding with the process. These are:

• A valid identity card or passport

• A working camera and microphone

• A stable Internet connection (there is a link to test your Internet connection next to this point)

• A few minutes of quiet time

1. First select your document type - identity card or passport. Depending on the document type, add photos of 2 sides of your ID card or a photo of your passport. You can take them with a webcam or add files of photos you have taken before.

2. In the next step, enter your details from your identity document.

3. Next, you will see a message about being ready to talk to a Consultant. After clicking "Start conversation," you will be taken to a conversation with a Consultant who will guide you step by step through the process.

4. Once the Consultant confirms your identity, you are ready to sign documents with qualified signatures.
